– 2009 overall has been a good year for Love Is Not My Only Crime. Weve spent an enormous amount of time writing and recording for our forthcoming album. Its been a slow process as were stealing studio time in the middle of the night and on public holidays but were getting there. Also, Kristian Anttila whos recording us is a busy man in his own life so theres been a lot of scratching heads and looking at calenders. We played a fantastic gig at Storan in Gothenburg which I think all of the band have as a highpoint of the year. We also played live on P4 which was fun – especially trying to reduce a 6 minute song down to a 4 minute song in order to fit the program time schedule.

What about 2010?
– 2010 should be an even better year for us. The album will be out before summer and were booking festival gigs. We even have plans to tour outside of Scandinavia for the first time. England is a definite with dates in Bristol, Brighton and Nottingham booked plus a festival gig we cant talk about right now ... Were also planning to do dates in Germany and France. Hopefully well pick up some radio airplay and are hoping to sign with a booking agent. A Record company would be nice but these days its not impossible to do it yourself so if noone come knocking well put the record out ourselves. Overall we want to carry on making music we like and play some great gigs.
